
I’m Bailey Snow, a Customer Success Manager with a background in journalism, marketing, and creative strategy, focused on helping customers turn complex software into clear, measurable outcomes. I specialize in driving product adoption, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring SaaS and AI tools are embedded into real workflows.
Currently, I work with enterprise and mid-market clients in SaaS environments, managing onboarding, workflow integration, and account growth. My focus is identifying where adoption breaks down and helping customers move from setup to sustained value. Previously, I led marketing and client-facing campaigns translating complex ideas into clear, usable narratives across channels.
I also bring experience in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, developed through editorial leadership and brand campaigns. I work across teams to align technical execution with customer needs and business goals.
I’m a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and my work sits at the intersection of systems, communication, and outcomes.
Outside of work, I’m interested in music, media, and storytelling, especially how narrative shapes user experience and decision-making.
